2004 FMT Corporation Merges with Feddersen Inc.

FMT Corporation was a Company that had it's manufacturing plant located in the State of New Hampshire. FMT was owned and established in 1979 by Fred Feddersen. In the early 1980's Feddersen had developed a new device that was used in the manufacturing of 2 liter soda containers. He received patents in the early 1980's. The device allowed companies to produce twice as many containers on the same machines in 24 hours. This product was sold in over 8 countries.

In 2000 Feddersen decided to build a new factory and to move his plant in New Hampshire to Loudon Tennessee. The primary focus would be to start a new Company and manufacture rifle barrels. In the year 2001 FMT moved to Loudon, TN.
